Brief Program Description:	The program allows seller/builder paid principal and interest payments, for up to the first six months, on existing and newly constructed one unit primary residences. The borrower is responsible for paying the tax and insurance portion of the monthly mortgage payment.
Eligibility Requirements:	Eligible occupancy types include single family homes, condominiums, condo conversions and PUD projects. No Homeownership Education required. The borrower must meet a credit score of 620. The borrower cannot own any other real estate at closing. No down payment is required and borrower is NOT required to make a minimum contribution from their own funds. Two months PITI reserves required.
