Joshua Harrison, a native of the Washington, DC metropolitan area, is a licensed real estate brokers in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. He has 14 years of experience in assisting clients with their purchase of primary and investment real estate and, during that time period, sold over 100 million dollars in real estate. He holds numerous designations including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute), and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative).
He is very active and well-known in local real estate associations, which has proven to be a valuable asset when negotiating real estate transactions for clients. He has served as Chair of the Grassroots & Political Affairs Committee and the RPAC Committee Chair and has also held the position of the President of the Distinguished Sales Club. Josh has received many sales awards including the Chairman Award 2004, 2005, 2006 which is awarded for achieving the highest office sales volume in those years and has consistently been ranked among the top ten REALTORS® in Prince George's County. Most recently, Josh was inducted into the Prince George's REALTOR® Association Hall of Fame, an achievement shared by only 60 other REALTORS® in the history of the Association.
