FREE Foreclosure Legal Consultations
at June 11 Prince George's County Housing Fair

Homeowners may receive a FREE foreclosure legal consultation at the Housing Fair, provided by the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland. The Resource Center can be reached at 1-800-396-1274. To properly prepare for the consultation, you must pre-register and provide information about your situation for the legal consult. The more information you provide, the easier it is for the Resource Center to help you! Gather and complete as early as possible, prior to the Housing Fair: The Intake Summary for the free Foreclosure Solutions Workshop; All paperwork related to your current and former mortgages including loan application, settlement paperwork, and lender statements; All foreclosure notices or threats of foreclosure, if any, received; and Monthly household budget. Pre-register for the Housing Fair when online registration opens in Spring 2011. Homeowners participating in the Housing Fair's Free Foreclosure Prevention Legal Consultations may be eligible for further pro bono consultation or a reduced fee attorney.
